DH pretty much picked our daughter's name.. I'm not giving in as easily as I do with DD. LOL

It's a really pretty name, I just had the popularity of it. I want to find a name like my daughter's full name.. I think her name is pretty and uncommon but it's not a name that's 'out there'.

I know what you mean. In the end, YOU just have to love the name   Our newest son will be Jacob Mason. Both are pretty common. And I am constantly getting "Jacob, like in Twilight?"   I have loved Jacob since before the book or the movie! So oh well!

Jacob is a good name! I'm trying to avoid any names that are in popular books/movies because I'll get annoyed with people asking if its after a certain book or movie. I like the name Manson a lot too, my best friend's son is named Mason.

A couple teenagers on BG asked me if my daughter was named after the band Black Dahlia Murder.. Hahaha nooo!

Mason is my dad's dad's middle name. We use family names are middle names
