I hope it's not what I think...HELP!

I have been talking to and seeing this guy for a few weeks now and we've been out a couple times. Well last Wednesday I met his friends and we hung out for a while and then I went back to his house and we slept together. Stupid me, I was a bit inebriated and I know it's no excuse, but we didn't use a condom. Well last night I found a bump on the inside of my labia and its super tender to the touch. And then today it's a bit more tender, I feel the soreness when I walk or sit for a while. Well I also gave him a blow job and my gums are tender and I have 1 lump I can tell is there and another spot that is slightly swollen. I am going to the dr tomorrow morning but I wanted to ask opinion here, is this herpes? Please no rude comments, I am already beating myself up enough on my own.

There is a simple way to know if it is herpes... Is it a bump, or a cold sore? If it is a bump, then no it is not herpes, but unfortunately that doesnt rule out other STDs.

Sounds like Syphilis

In my mouth it's a bump and on my labia it feels like a bump and but isn't super raised so it could turn into a cold sore.

I would get tested to be safe. I don't know what that could be, but hopefully if it's something, it's a quick fix.

I don't think you normally get herpes until a couple months later. Hope it's an ingrown hair. Xoxoxoxox.

I'm so sorry, but ... If these symptoms just appeared I'd assume it was some form of STI - call him and ask him when he was last tested?

It took me 5 weeks to have an outbreak the first time

The day after we slept together he stopped talking to me and won't answer my calls or texts. I plan to confront him at his house with my results because he's the only guy I've slept with unprotected in months. I think he knows/knew.

It kind of sounds like Syphilis.
