If u missed a day of 30Ds

If u missed a day or two of 30 day shred do u start From day 1 all over again or make I up for it by doing it twice the next time u exercise or just keep going and Pick up from where u left off? What gets I best results?

I've been doing it since January 2nd. I was consistent up until day 20 or so. I only did 3 days of level 2 because i wasn't a fan and went right to level 3.
I notice I'm a lot more in shape (dont get out of breath doing the exercises) and I've lost a few inches. I'm happy with it

That's what matters as long as u r seeing results and are happy with it. I done it before but gained too much during my pregnancy and find myself out of shape now Hoping it'll get easier
