When researching circumcision I asked my mom what she did. So she told me that she left my brothers intact and that both her side and my dad's side were mad at her since they're all cut.

In the end it falls onto the parent. They should teach children how to clean themselves, so it has nothing to do with thinking the kid will be to lazy to clean itself, it's the parent being to lazy or uncomfortable to teach the kid proper hygiene.

Well, I mean... My parents taught my brother to clean himself and how important bathing was...

He still only bathed once a week for a while, when he was like 15. I'm sure his junk would have been GROSS. I have no clue if he's circumcised or not, since I've never given a damn about my brother's peen, but yeah, I mean, he was nasty smelling sometimes. I really thing that's a teenage boy thing, despite how some parents may or may not teach their kids.
