clean-up routine

Well Harmony's is going to be 4 in May and also starting J/K in September,
But I have the HARDEST time getting her to clean up after herself.
She does it at daycare when I come to pick her up at least, but she gives me hell to get her to pick up a single Barbie doll.
I'm thinking of doing a sticker chart, but what would be a good, frugal reward to give her when she gets 5 stickers ?

I would put up all her toys except for 4-5 and rotate.

Instead of a sticker chart you could do stamps and when she gets so many stamps she can have stickers for a sticker book?
I can't think of any other cheap reward other than stickers lol.
