Instagram Question

Ok this is dumb, but I just started using Instagram and haven't completely figured it out yet. Does anyone know how to view another person's "liked" photo's or is it even possible? I can see the last 8 photo's someone has liked in the news feed but I want to see an entire album if possible. Thanks!

You see people's liked photos on the newsfeed? Mine doesn't do that.
