Pain when I eat and a TMI

I'll preface this with saying that I have Chrons and IBS

For the last 4-5 days, it has been hurting when I eat. Not nausea, but actual pain. Like a dull ache. The pain is about two inchces below my sternum, right in the middle. I've already had my gallbladder out in '06 so I know it isn't gallbladder pain.

Also, and I don't know if it is connected, but for the last 3 days, when I poop, my internal hemerroids bleed. But with having Chrons and IBS, that really is nothing new. I just don't know if it is related.

Anyone have any ideas?

I would be worried about possible ulcers, or it could be acid reflux.
is your Poo any different in color, like darker?

Could it be dairy? I have IBS and I found out that I have a dairy intolerance. It KILLED my stomach and made me sick any time I ate pizza or drank milk.

I know reflux. I am on prilosec for it and have been for quite a while

Poo is odd. Lighter than normal. And it's so loose and watery, but it still hard to come out. And I am pooing 7-10 times a day (which during a flare up is totally normal for me)

I've just never had the pain like this. It's not unbearable, but it is noticible

I have not be dx'd as lactose intolerance, but now that you say something, I have been eating string cheese like it is going out of style. I never ate it before but now I eat 3-4 of them a day

I'll cut them out and see if it helps. Thanks
