37 weeks pregnant

37 weeks pregnat and hands and feet swollen..i mean my feet are so swollen that when i lay down for a while it will go down if i start moving later on the day the swollen comes right back..like it looks bad...lol should i be worry /or call a my doc or something???

I'd get an appointment soon just to make sure you're not developing pre-e. How's your blood pressure been?

i go back on thurs and my blood pressure has always been fine...i just had an apt last week blood pressure still good..the swollen didnt get bad until yesterday.when i woke up this morning it went down i strated cleaning for an hr and in half and it came back bad..ughh

i got majorly swollen 37weeks+. doctor weren't concerned at all. mention it at your next appointment though. x

If your blood pressure is fine, it's probably just normal water retention. Around 34 weeks, I started swelling. My sister swelled tremendously and she had high blood pressure.

I am in the same boat, I'm almost 37 weeks and in the morning for the past week I've noticed my hands are slightly swollen and my wedding ring will barely budge! If I am on my feet all day my feet and toes will swell too. My blood pressure has always been fine. My entire body just feels swollen at times lol
