Antibiotics

I have never taken antibiotics while on birth control, so forgive me for being clueless!

I am on Depo, and have recently been on antibiotics. I took the last dose yesterday, and we've been using condoms since I started the prescription. My next shot is due on the 18th (so a week from today). Am I safe to have sex again, or is my BC completely void now? I'll probably continue using condoms as a precaution, but I was just curious as to how this all works.

the depo is a bit different compared to regular b/c with antibiotics. my ob said id be just fine and when i was on the medicine it wouldnt have an effect with my depo
