Almond crusted chicken

At my old job the cafeteria made this super delicious almond crusted chicken. I totally want to make it tonight but I'm not 100% sure on how. As far as I can tell just dip it in egg, bread it with bread crumbs and almond slices and just bake like normal. Does that sound about right? Their's was always so tender and kind of greasy (which I don't mind, i actually like it a little, lol), so do I put butter or oil or something on the chicken or in the pan?

Also, what sides would be super awesome with it??

No prob!!! It was my absolute favorite lunch at my old work, lol. Even if I brought lunch, if the cafeteria made this chicken, I ate it, lol.

If you're still watching: It turned out pretty good! not nearly as good as my old job's but it was still yummy   I think I needed bigger bread crumbs and more olive oil. I'll definitely be making it again!
