How long does it take for Cipro & Pyridium to take effect?

So i have been dealing with a UTI the past 3 days and finally went to ER last night and was diagnosed with a severe UTI and was given cipro and pyridium. Taking my first doseage today, how long till i feel relief?

About a day and a half. I went to the doc for a kidney infection on Friday. Started my antibiotic that night, and by Sunday afternoon I was good and not feeling pain anymore. The pyridium will help within 30 minutes for the pain(it's basically AZO).
