I would lose my mind if my sister does what I did when I was her age.

I would like to say that not all "teens" TTC are stupid. I have a friend who was TTC at 19, she had been married for a year, in a committed relationship for 5 years and they had the means to support a baby on their own. Their situation was a ton better than mine getting pregnant at 20 by an abusive deadbeat. When I think of a "teenage pregnancy" I am thinking of someone still in highschool and living with their parents.

I see people on here TTC their second as a teen and putting on their profile- I don't support TTC as a teenager. That was where I was going with this whole thing.
The world is full of them.

A 19 year old is not a teenager lol. But you're right, depends on the situation.

I don't think there is anything wrong with her being out of school, financially stable & married trying for a baby. If you can support them that's fine.

Ttc at any age is that persons personal decision in the old says teen pregnancy was more common because women married younger. However, a ttc teenager , a responsible one at that...would wait to get pregnant again....it was hard to be a teen mom and graduate high school .... And college. However if u just so happen to be a teen mom more then once and cannot support your children then that's when there is a problem I knew a teen mom who was pregnant three times and gave all three babies up for adoption...there are many irresponsible teen moms out there but there are responsible ones too who make better decisions after realizing just how hard being a teen mom is to one child and if anyone says its easy they are crazy bc its very hard

It still doesn't change their teenage status, teenager - someone in their teens.

Technically. But you're either an adult or a teenager - can't be both. And at 18, you are an adult.

18 and 19 year old are adults by law but they are still teenagers hence the word "teen" in their age.
