I just indulged on my birthday this past Saturday and it shows on the scale and my body. There-forth I'm going to do a personal 2 week weight loss challenge for myself.
In 2 weeks I hope to be at least 110lbs. No cheating. I know after I lose the weight it'll have to be more of a lifestyle change rather than a "diet" but till then i'll be counting calories, working out 2x a day (NO EXCUSES) and counting the days till 2 weeks is over. I'm typing this to encourage myself. I already did the first step and woke up an hour early just to run a mile! I'm motivated!
