PERSONAL 2WK WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE *PICS*

I just indulged on my birthday this past Saturday and it shows on the scale and my body. There-forth I'm going to do a personal 2 week weight loss challenge for myself. In 2 weeks I hope to be at least 110lbs. No cheating. I know after I lose the weight it'll have to be more of a lifestyle change rather than a "diet" but till then i'll be counting calories, working out 2x a day (NO EXCUSES) and counting the days till 2 weeks is over. I'm typing this to encourage myself. I already did the first step and woke up an hour early just to run a mile! I'm motivated!

February 11th, 2013- 115.6 lbs


February 19th, 2013- 113.8lbs


February 26th, 2013- 113.0

If you plan on keeping this weight off. I wouldn't sart out working out 2x a day.

You will plateau and will have to work out more often and longer. In the long run.

in going to say im totally jealous of you. I wish I weighted 115lbs again! After I had my son a year ago I have be affair to go on a scale to see what i weight! I know im in the 150 or 160 area but not sure. But good luck to you.

High intense cardio will get you to keep the weight off long-term! I love the elliptical... & when I do the tread, I do 3.2 speed and incline of 15. I burn ATLEAST 600+ calories a workout.

I say do a mixture of cardio and strength! Doing just cardio, you will plateau.

Thanks for the suggestions ladies! I have some Taebo I like doing, some Jillian Michaels dvds, and my treadmill. I plan on mixing it up.

Updated weight and picture. Not much of a weight difference and I don't feel a difference. I was sick for a few days so I wasn't able to work out as much- but I hope to see more results soon!
