Few times a week. It helps me sleep.

I used to at least once a day. Every since I got with my BF though I've cut it down to maybe 3 days a week lol It helps me sleep more than anything else.

lol We both have a pretty high sex drive so when we're together it's like 6 times for him. He used to be a 2 a day guy and now he needs those few days in between when we don't see each other to rest.
