Mommy make over?

My oldest son is turning 6 next month and my twins are now 3 years old... Have been researching about getting breast implants I went to a consultation already with a wonderful doctor in Black Hawk,CA but i still have 2% of me holding me back.. He's charging 5,550 for any size.. Curious to see if any moms here want to share how much and what size they got? I'm about 5 foot around 110 pounds now (thanks to my twins making me run around like crazy) and was thinking of getting full cs/ 32ds? Please share if you've had a BA done I'm really curious.. i dont have bas but i have real d breast and i dont suggest going that big.. my breast constantly hurt my back cause the weight. im not sure if they would be less cause it being silicone but if you had to choose go the Cs!

I think I've about read every forum online lol! I think I'm thinking about it way too much. Also I think about where all that money can be going to instead!! I can't decide!
