So i have had a extremely lazy day lounging in my pjs and cuddling with my 2 month old. I went to subway ate and came straight home. when i got out of the car i felt like i was going to fall over. I have drank the same ammount of water they told me to (10-12 glasses due to my medication) and even sitting in bed i feel like i am goin to fall over. I am super dizzy. and feel soo uneasy

Could you be anemic? It's extremely common after childbirth. I starting having dizzy spells and brief blackouts after having my daughter and that ended up being it. I took supplements for 3 months and was just fine. Well, until now when I'm anemic/on supplements again (pregnancy related). It sounds like that's the most obvious suspect.

It can, I'm prone to anemia too and that's usually the first sign for me to get my CBC checked. I'm also prone to hypoglycemia and low blood pressure, both of which give me the same woozy feeling. I doubt it was hypoglycemia though since you said you had just eaten. Maybe ask your dr to check your blood pressure, blood sugar, and red blood cell count? I'm sure it's something easy to diagnose and treat. Hope you feel better soon!
