First real AF

So my dd turned a year on thursday and I have had the Nexplanon in since ahe was 2 months. I never would really stop bleeding except for maybe a few days at a time. It was never heavy just but I did have to wear something. Well at the beginning of jan it finally stopped. I was thinking maybe my hormones finally balanced out and now no more bleeding. Well the bitch came back full force on friday and I am in so much pain right now. I consider this my first real AF since before becoming prego and I swear the cramps were never this bad. This sucks so bad I just want to curl up in bed til its over. Sorry had to vent since I'm sure you ladies understand better than so does.He just rolls his eyes.
