pp poop tmi

2 weeks pp and have diarrhea w/ low back cramp discomfort that you usually feel w/ the flu? I pretty much havent bled since the hospital i spot and its dark red like a period... kinda watery still... no foul oder really... after awhile I can smell an amonia smell from urine on the pad... my belly doesnt hurt... i dont feel sick... my temp is 99.8... wonderin if its normal...

It's normal, you will feel like that everytime you have to poop for a while even if you don't have to poop right away. Try some stool softeners. Once you poop the back ache goes away.
