Jaidyn is here(35 weeker)

Thursday morning I woke up a little bit wetter then I usually did. I was in a little bit of pain but nothing to bad. I talked to my mom and she called L&D since my doc was out of the state for the week. They told me to get my butt in there ASAP!
So I get in there and get monitored. They did that amniotic fluid test which came back positive. I thought maybe it was just a false positive but my contractions were becoming more frequent. I progressed to a thick high up to a thin 2cm in about 2 hours. The doc on call hooked me up to pit and we were going to have a baby. I was in so much pain after about 2 hours of the pit. I got my epidural and just laid there. Every time they checked me more fluid would gush out and it was really bloody. Finally at 7pm the doc said I am sorry but we need to get her out NOW! I was so scared. Luckily my aunt who works in the OB was there and since my mom works in the ICU they let her be at my side. They wouldn't let me husband in which I was ok with.
Getting the csection was the worst thing ever! All the tugging and pulling just made me so nervous. I had pains in my chest and I felt like complete crap. My placenta had tore about 30% and Jaidyn assperated some of the blood. While they were in there they did a tubal.
I was in the recovery room for 2 hours. Dosing in and out because of the pain and pain meds. I didn't get to see her at all til the next morning. She weighed 5 lbs 8oz and was 17 3/4 inches long. She is pretty tiny but a fighter. She didn't need any oxygen. She didn't need to be life flighted to the nearest NICU which I am beyond greatful. They are keeping her in the incubator for a couple times that way she can get her body weight up and keep warm. But she cries, dirties diapers and pees on the nurses like a champ. She absolutely gorgeous! She has a lot of hair on the sides but kinda bald on the top. All her blood work came back great. She is eating about 3/4 to 1 oz every 2 to 3 hours.
I got home today. Feeling pretty sore but missing my little girl. I cried a lot today because I miss her and my son asked why I was crying. I told him that I missed his sister and that I had to poop really bad(I didn't want him to start crying because It would make me cry even more) But everyone is doing great!

Congrats on your baby girl! I'll keep you all in my prayers! I can't imagine leaving your baby at the hospital, that has to be incredibly hard. Hopefully she will be home soon to join you.

Awwe congrats. I had my dd at 35 weeks is csection as well. She stayed in the nicu 3 days for low blood sugar. My advice to you is take it very slow. I've effed my recovery up so bad because of all the walking and not resting I did when she was in there. They let me stay in the hospital 4 days so we got to leave together. But I hurt myself bad. Then I got home and felt better finally with pain meds and cleaned the car and fell on the snow and hurt myself. I hope your LO gets to come home soon! *hugs*
