I boil mine and then throw 'em in a pan and finish them off on the stove. I'm pretty sure you can broil them. Just remember they're going to be greasy as hell. I usualky have to poke the casing about 2 minutes before I pull 'em off the heat and then set them on paper towels before putting them on a plate.
