Gas Drops of some sort?

For DD, yes.

when my DS is constipated i give them to him...an hour later he smurfs his brains out but at least he isnt in pain lol

He eats normal, pees normal, poops occasionally (sometimes once, sometimes a gazillion times at once but nothing irregular to us). He just fusses. It seems like it's his belly. Sometimes eating pushes more gas out, but he just fusses and arches his back and seems like his poo little belly is upset. When he farts it seems to help him feel a lot better. Even moving him around (positioning) seems to help which is why we think it's gas.

We used gripe water and it helped DD when she was gassy.

gas drops did nothing for my son, but gripe water works wonders!
