I think Quinn would sound too much like Quentavious (if I'm saying it out loud right)

I cannot think of any other Q names. That's.. Intense.

Sweety, you are on the intertubes. you get what you get, don't like it, pull some more spellings and names out of thin air, because BG is not for the faint of heart. Sugar coated Fluff is not our middle name. If that's what you need, you're in the wrong place.

well it not in the baby name book it it spelled quintavious or quintavis and it comes from the name quinton and my husband name is quentin so i spelled it like that i asked for suggestions not judgment on my son's name please and thank you

Since we aren't being punk'd, hopefully someone can talk some sense into you.

Unless you wanted to dip into some Arabic names, all the names you are going to find are going to be too close to your other son's name.

I usually use a site for names that have not too common letters like Q and really, the one I use the most doesn't have more than. Since your son has such an odd name, I would stick to odd names so one of them doesn't question why you possibly "love the other child better." I've got a friend with a very odd name who feels so strongly that their parents adore their siblings more than they adore them.

A few other names I've found that aren't in the list above are
Quetzacoatl
Quidel
Quintilian
Quintilianus
Quintillus
Quintinus
Quirinus

Really I wouldn't give them another Quin/Quen name as one may want to go by that as a nickname.

@jennal1234 I thank u , I think u have been the most helpful and i think most people just don't know how to pronounce my older son's name and that it has so many letters in it and people get afraid of what they don't understand. I think what mad me made was that I asked for name suggestions for our new son and they focused on my older son's name instead of actually helping it is 2013 people everybody's name is not Tom Dick John and Mary
