So pissed.. what would you do?

My ex should be in Alabama. I just noticed a mobile upload that he's in Oklahoma right now... on his way to Kansas probably. He is probably coming to Kansas to go to court over our daughter, but what he doesnt realize he's gonna get his ass handed to him if that happens.

Im not in a very good mood. I dont get told smurf and now he's 4 hours away?


What would you do in this situation?

Leave it alone and wait for court. No need for you to even worry over it.

Not much you can do.. if he is going to take you to court you have to go. I am sorry, I know the whole process sucks. Good luck mama!

Are you upset over feeling like you are being ambushed?

I would try and let it all go. It's easy to get mad of the "what ifs". When reality strikes, it's usually easier to deal with once those "what ifs" are gone.

So she lives with him? What is he taking you to court over? Sorry in being nosy.

That is a whole other story. Yeah I would be pissed. Call him and talk with him about it if nothing happens there then address the issue in court if he is going to take you.

I know he is going to try to go for full custody cause he thinks he is a better parent. Last court papers said he was to notify me 2 weeks of an instate move, and a month of an out of state move. The times he's gone to China and other states, I get a weeks notice or no notice at all.

I for the last 5 to 6 years have had the same address and phone number. We've been home a week today after spending 65 days in the NICU with my premature baby... and now this is being sprung on me.
