re: lights on or off?

Lol this just sparked a conversation between SO and I lol. I prefer the lights off even before I got pregnant. Whether it be candles or the light from a muted TV. SO on the other hand said he likes lights on he likes to see what he's doing and say's part of what "gets him going" LOL is seeing me. I'm too pregnant for that right now, so it is a body image thing for me. But I was the same before I was pregnant and I didn't have an issue with myself.

I've got about another 2 months before I can have crazy sex again.
DH is deployed right now. So I'm on an epic dry spell.

Off! I'm way to insecure to have the lights on.

i used to not be so picky but for a while now i've preferred them off; maybe a little light but not much. a couple years ago my then-2-year-old walked in while we were in the act and that was pretty much the end of it for me as far as the lighting.

ALWAYS lights off. I've never done it with them on with any partners. I'm way too insecure and know I look disgusting.

well he didnt really notice, we were sorta covered up by the sheets and when we heard the door get pushed open my husband just sorta rolled off me. it was literally that quick, i doubt he even remembers seeing anything.

on and as bright as possible!! my husband is fricken beautiful. especially with his hot pouty sex faces lol

either way.... doesnt' matter at all to me. Sometimes I'll turn them off... but mostly because we'll have sex and pass out. not because I don't like them on. but... we have midday sex enough that he knows my body, and all my insecurities.

I do however, HATE my stomach. I dont' care during sex.. but when we're cuddling on the couch... I tend to position his arms/my body so he isn't holding my stomach. He'll give me a speech every time about how my body is beautiful and he loves all of it.

(but,, he's also an ass who will openly say he won't date a fat girl, and the girls he considers fat... are NOT bigger than me, so the reassurance means nothing)
