Quoting 10 til Gwen:" <blockquote><b>Quoting justanothamotha:</b>" That's a tad too oversimplified. PLENTY ... [snip!] ... CPS is for. If you think it's ABUSE and something a state agency needs to get involved in, YOU should not be doing it either."I think it's not abuse, but I might question something going on in the home or some part of the environment of the 12 yrs old. Frankly, a normally developing 12 yr old would not be so curious as to actually try to nurse a toddler, they'd be more likely to ask questions. Like I said, I wouldn't call CPS - but I would be VERY weirded out & bear in mind I have actually nursed someone else's baby & had someone else once nurse my younger one with NO qualms. In all cases actual breastmilk was involved, so it served a purpose outside of idle curiosity. If a random non nursing friend wanted to try to nurse my baby to see what it is like, I would most likely say no - even though it isn't sexual. It is just a weird request to me & I can't fathom why someone would ask.
