  Just because Shakespeare named one of his characters Juliet doesn't mean it's not a real name. Look it up on behindthename.com and show him. Juliet is on my baby name list lol, it's so wonderful.

Yeah, it's certainly real, and it is a wonderful name! I prefer the Juliette spelling though. There are so many great nicknames for it to... Julie, Jules, Lea/Lia, I've even heard of Liette.

It was on my list of names when I was pregnant too.

I don't love it, but at least it's not a boys name.
