maybe incorporate some jogging? I know the weather might not be that great for it right now, but I think actually getting out and moving may help. If I wasn't on the elliptical I was jogging. I also did yoga, forgot about that.
Sounds like what you're doing should get you somewhere, just keep at it. Just because you don't see progress, doesn't mean you're not progressing. muscle weighs more than fat.
ETA: I didn't mean "actually getting out and moving" as mean as it sounds.
