How can I get his info

I need to get my exs info to get Child Support going but he refuses to give it to me. He States that he is going to be going down to the courts tomorrow and will be applying for Child Support which is all talk he has said this so many times. But he also says he is going to be getting our court order insured that he can get my son. Which I am trying to bury my court order because he does not have proof of a home, he has nothing for my son, and he is mentally unstable

You just need his name. All other info is helpful, but not necessary. Also, Child Support and Visitation are 2 separate things, so don't worry about that until it's brought up.

Im not worried because he is not getting my son. Even if I have to leave Friday and hide at someones house. He is not getting my son.

Be careful with that. If he DOES get visitation with your Son and you run off with him, you can be charged with kidnapping. It's a tricky thing and you have to work the system right, or you can be screwed over.

I called the police yesterday and I told them I am scared to give him my son because my sons life is at risk with him. He doesnt even have a proper home he is living on someone couch

If he is given visitation and u go against the court order you could lose your son

That's the best thing you could do. Try to do it legally. prove him unfit. That way, there's no legal repercussions for you.
