Any advice.

I am 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant as of today. I have had two consecutive miscarriages before this pregnancy so the doctor put me on progesterone and baby aspirin. I really want this baby, never wanted anything more than to be a mom. this pregnancy came as a shock but i couldn't have been happier. My blood work looked perfect. I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 5 days and a heart beat was detected at 109 which the doctor wasnt concerned about. I just had another ultrasound at 6 weeks and 4 days but the heart beat had dropped to 80, the baby was measuring exactly where it should be though, growing properly. Both ultrasounds were transvaginal. Is there any hope? Success stories? Could the ultrasound have been wrong? Please help!

At 6 weeks I had a transvaginal ultrasound
Baby was right on track,heart beating fine around 80bpm
It's completely normal

I'm just worried since the heart rate decreased a lot when it's supposed to increase.

It doesn't really start increasing that much until later on
Generally it's supposed to be between 80-170 just depends really and if your dr thought it was something to worry about then they would have said something

The doctor is doing a repeat ultrasound on Friday. He seemed hopeful but at the same time not so much. He basically told me that it's out of mine or his control and also said it may have decreased and its very low but its still there. im praying for a miracle. I was stressed the day the heart beat was at 109 but not stressed the day I got the second when it measured 80, do you think that could be why the rate was lower at the second one?
