Lol don't even bother....... I know you're a good mom but this post did come off as selfish. I know how your MIL is tho (from years of talking lol) and yaaaaaaaaa.......... you're not in the wrong here. And it's not about her up and leaving bc then she can't watch Logan, it's the money issue.

yep yep. the thing they kept me going was, after I apologized for saying things the wrong way, and continued to try and explain myself. I was still a selfish bitch. Oh well. I'm a bad mom. boohoo.

how was the shower?

I haven't read the whole thread, but I agree with you. It sounds to me you have done more than enough and if you have paid for as much stuff as you have said SHE should be grateful to you too and be willing to watch your kid. IMO MIL is taking advantage of you honestly.

That's how I felt and why I was so angry but no one would take a second to see my side. We pay a lot of her bills but she has the money to fly to and from Florida, and pay for a hotel or 2 weeks, and pay for the necessities there. But SO just paid her cell phone an their mortgage is due on the 13th and FIl asked I we can afford to pay half, of course SO said yes. While she is in FL having the time of her life, we are all home suffering financially to help her. I should have put some background info in the post, but I didn't wanna talk smurf on her or make it any longer of a post to explain how she is.
