I'm 38 weeks today. I'm super excited to meet my little man.

Well he seems very comfortable. I'm 1cm and still thick. My guess is 41 weeks. I think he'll be a March baby.

I think mine is going to be a February baby. But who knows. My son seems pretty comfortable too.

Some doctors still say "full term" at 37 weeks primarily for peace of mind. On your child's medical charts, they won't be deemed full term unless born between 40 and 42 weeks gestation, however.

All of my doctors have said 37 weeks is term, 40 weeks is full term as well. It is nice to hit that milestone though. I'm so grateful to be hitting it tomorrow.Only 1-18 days left for me. I'm getting sad that it's all over!

Oh ok. I see. That or they still say full term because 37 weeks is actually full term. Many books and websites that have been published and updated recently (as in 2012 to now) still say full term at 37 weeks. So what about that? Are they putting it for piece of mind too?
