she just picked it up, and loved it! yay

OMG that is awesome! I miss doing smurf like that with my mom. She used to do that stuff and she showed me how but then she got arthritis and cannot do it anymore.

oh my gosh. my hands and wrists kill sometimes from kneading fondant or doing small details. I couldn't imagine trying to do with with arthritis. poor mama

She actually used to be like a master of icing. she could turn icing into anything and make it look awesome. She does love the invention of fondant though but she hates how it tastes so she just prefers using icing. I am always in shock by how much you can sell a nice cake for.

when I first started making cakes I did a lot of piping with icing. that WAS really hard on the hands and wrists. a lot of people hate fondant. I'm weird and I like it lol certain kinds taste like glue though yuck.
I'm still really nervous about pricing. my old boss charges people a fortune but her cakes are unbelievable
