Twins 1st cycle post iud removal?

Ok Im only 4 weeks but I feel so much more different than with my 1st pregnancy. I did some reading last night about conceiving twins on your 1st cycle post mirena. Seems like there is A LOT! Has anyone heard of this? Does anyone have any info on the subject? My uterus feels so bloated and heavy ... and its been like this since basically conception. I got my 1st faint positive at 9 dpo with 5 oclock pm pee, and a really BIG positive 1 day before af was due. I used a 1st response. My older sisters are identical twins, and I have a 1st cousin with identical twins as well. Could it be? I really just want one baby and I know time will tell. My 1st doctors appointment is at the end of them month. I just wanted some insight.

I also hear and feel what seems like tummy growling sounds and feelings in my uterus but its not because Im hungry. You can even feels the gergle with a hand ontop of my uterus. Weird...

I have never heard of that. I have the paragard IUD and if conceiving twins after IUD removal is true than i will NEVER be taking mine out, lol. Seriously though, I have heard that it is usually a lot harder to get pregnant after an IUD removal.
