Zombie Tattoo?

posted 10th Feb
Well, a young mother I know lost her child to cancer last year. He was 2 years old and he loved zombies. She's going to get a very realistic tattoo this month in honor of him with a zombie baby eating a brain and she says he looks a lot like him (which he does).

Is it creepy or normal?

I just think it's so obscure to do for a baby who died. :/

P.s: it's her choice, of course. these are only opinions.

It's normal everybody deals with death in their own way. If that tattoo makes her happy NOBODY'S opinion matters......

I honestly would be doing much "weirder" things if my baby died.

I think it's a very weird choice in tattoo, but I suppose her choosing it as a tribute is not. I personally just hate the whole zombie thing, but if she likes them and feels that how she wants to go about memorializing her son, then it's up to her ( and I realize you're saying its her choice as well!).

I think it's a pretty awesome tattoo idea.

yes, of course it is.

I just thought it is quite creepy to have her son's portrait looking rotten and eating a brain. I mean.. Ugh.. Whatever she wants, right. I wouldn't like to remember my daughters like that tho, and will never comprehend someone who does. But we just gotta accept it. lol

Yes, I agree. It seems a bit gory, but yeah, whatever floats her boat and helps her deal with the loss. I've watched several of those tattoo reality shows and some of the memorial requests make me wonder why they choose what they do. To each their own, I suppose!
