Comfort nursing frustration

DS is two weeks old and he loves to comfort nurse. Normally, I don't have an issue with this but tonight I want to rip my boobs off. He fights to latch and the pulls off two minutes after he latches. Then he wants to relatch and repeat. I've tried both boobs and he keeps doing this in addition to pulling back and stretching out my nipples. What the hell can I do? We've been doing this for an hour and he's still up.

My son used to do that when he had a gas bubble. A warm bath and a belly rub might help.

I'm seriously way too chicken to cosleep. I did it with DD because it was just us two. Im scared to try it with DH in bed too.

We've coslept w/ both our kiddos with both of us in our bed. Its not as hard or as dangerous as it sounds. Altho, I may depend on how big DH is and what size your bed is.

My hubs doesn't toss and turn much and we have a king sized bed, so it may be easier for me than for you.

We're a couple of fatties in a queen. Lol. And DH is all over the place in his sleep.

LMAO Ok, then i can see where you'd be a little scared. We're two fatties, but I've co-slept for so long, and I'm such a light sleeper, it's not a problem.

will he take a paci? That is the only way I could catch a break when dd was wanting to comfort nurse all the time luckily she self weaned off of it at 5 months

My LO does that when she is gassy. She is the fussiest eater when she has gas... sometimes I just have to hand her over to SO and take a 10 minute break. Pacifier? Other than that... I'm not sure.. I always just deal
