How do you get over the one you love? Or atleast let it go & if it comes back in time.. & if not then oh well... </3

Day by day :-(

You just take it one moment at a time. You try to find things to occupy your time so you're not dwelling on them every second. It's going to hurt and probably for a long time, but you will get over it. Find things to do to improve your self. Like exercise, or school, or something you've always wanted to do.

Still trying to learn this OP. it gets better for me as time passes

What they said... time heals all wounds. Even the emotional ones. And a long and complete separation from that person if possible.

Thank you ladies... Its just so hard thinking about him & this new girl  
there is just so much going on.. I cant cut him out of my life completely hes my daughters father.. I work & it helps a little. But when my daughters at his house im so lonely & down.. i try & run errands & things like that. But i find myself in bed watching epi after epi of Greys anatomy.. i just miss him so much & its just the worst pain..

Hey, if Grey's Anatomy helps, then watch away! You'll lay in bed in your sweats, maybe with a box of tissues. One day you'll sit up and say "I'm so sick of this" and get yourself up and around and do something. It'll be a good feeling, I promise

I hope that day come soon! i just cant help but have hope that 1 day we'll be together & okay.. It might be stupid but that thought & my daughter get me thru the days!
