Help need 2 know what 2 do scared n confused

Go to Child Support Enforcement and get an application to file for child support? I'm not sure what you are asking here..

Here's the story. My daughter turned 1month 2day n her dad has done nothing 4 her not even when i was pregnant. He has not bought her anything. Thank god for my parents n family n close friends they get her anythinh n everything since i was pregnant n to this day. I guess the only good thing u can say that he did 4 her was he came 2 the hospital n was there the 3days with me. Well actually he said that he had 2 be there 2 sign the papers or i would not be able 2get her b.c or ss card. Now since she has been home he has been over maybe 2. So i am taking him 2 court for c.s. n just have a couple of question about it. Not sure what 2 do or expect. We already have a court date of march 1st for the preliminary meeting .

1. He isn't required to give you any money until child support has been issued.

2. If you have no child care costs, the answer is $0. You can bring him back to modify the amount if you start working.
