my cousin does.. ALL the time.. and her FB status says from her iphone... she's constantly asking people to help because she has no food for her kids, no clothes etc..

on Christmas.. she posted pictures of the freaking MOUNTAIN of presents/toys for her kids. The next day.. she posted asking if someone would donate a winter coat because she couldn't afford one. (and she lives in freaking south florida)

Yep, people like that aggravate me. I know someone who gave their kids (9, 13) cell phones, and paid the bill but then went asking for money to help with the electric bill. Nothing against the parents who give their kids phones, but the fact they paid the phone bill and not the electric like wtf?

Someone who can't afford to feed their child should not have $500 phone, no. You can get a cheap flip phone for free when you open a contract with nearly every provider.
