Projectile vomiting 4 month old.

My son is 4 months old and as of last night around 3 am he has been projectile vomiting, it is a lot coming from such a small baby. His temp is 99.5 rectally. Doctor said to give pedialyte. I just feel that there is something else wrong, any ideas?

could it be acid reflux? is it after you feed him? my son have really bad projectile vommitng, but it's because of his acid reflux/

It just started last night, he usually does fine after feedings. I forgot to mention he has had terrible diarrhea.

ohh ok! well i would keep an eye on the temperature. if it starts to raise i would take him to a doctor, or call the doctor back and see what they say!

Sounds like a stomache bug. I'd want to take him in just to make sure it isnt anything serious, but there are so many different bugs going around right now, I'm pretty sure thats whats going on.
