Who conceived on clomid?

I conceived twins on clomid in may of '09 and am starting to thinking about wanting to try again. I don't know if I could do clomid again though, it really took a toll on me. Did anyone conceive on clomid and go on to conceive naturally? I'm on a mirena now so I don't even know if I am having normal cycles. I also am afraid of being on clomid again because of the chance of having twins again. Love love love my twins but I just want a singleton this time.   Anyone experienced situations like mine?

Well, considering the odds of twins on Clomid is only 7% I think you're being overly paranoid that it would happen again.

Every single cycle I've taken Clomid I've conceived. I've also suffered no side effects from it. This pregnancy I did conceive on my own and it was a shock considering the extreme stress I was under (my fiance had a heart attack the day before I ovulated and he wasn't expected to survive).

Before they gave me the trigger shot the ultrasound showed two follicles so I suppose I could always just "sit that one out" if there were two again, lol.
