Hypnobirth?

Have any of you ladies tried hypnobirthing?(sp?) How was it? What exactly is it? TIA!

I haven't tried it but I did read the book and if I remember correctly it is all about breathing and going with in yourself through a contraction. I know you can YouTube it and see a few hypnobirths.

I dont know much about hypnobirth but during my whole labor i never made a sound unless i asked for something. i used a yoga ball and focused onmy breathing and talked to myself (in myhead) on getting through each contraction. it helped alot!
