Naww.

DS has known how to give kisses for a while now but yesterday he flipped his little foldout couch on the side to make a cubby and he kept hiding in it, popping up and saying "kisses" then walking to DH to get a kiss. He did it about ten times and he gets this cute cheeky look on his face. I melted a little. Haha. He waves now too when he says "see ya". I love how quickly they pick things up after they turn one, there is nothing better then seeing him learn new things. I love this age.

I know what you mean. My 16 month old just told me "Nuv Noo" (Love you) back for the first time today. This is his third new word in two weeks! It's amazing!  

I loved when DS was 1 too!   Lol it's and adorable stage and they are becoming more independent yet they still cling to you for every little thing..
