haha i know what you mean! Sometimes I just wanna wear comfy pants to work... I got mine from Motherhood Maternity.. They were half off, had to try on about 15 pairs that didnt just fit like ganster/awkward pants. Our target here says "Maternity" but really its 3 shirts that are Maternity and the rest are "plus size" Very smart of them.. Lol

Yeah, they don't have that big of a maternity section here either. I also look for extra long regular tanktops to wear so they'll fit me throughout the pregnancy and even afterwards lol.

I hate spending money on clothes.. Especially clothes that are bigger sizes (meaning I am gaining weight lol) and clothes I probably wont wear again.. Havent found any Maternity shirts that fit decent. Oh well... Only 4 1/2 more months lol

Yeah, I HATE spending so much money on clothes I'm only going to wear for a few months. It sucks because all of my friends who just recently had kids are a lot bigger than me so they can't give me any of their maternity clothes (they'd swallow me), so I gotta buy em and spend all this money. And like you said.. buying clothes is just depressing now because everything looks awkward and I gotta get bigger sizes, ugh it's frustrating.

Oh the girls I know that are having babies here barely wear clothes.. Lol They wear what looks to be their kids clothes. haha So I am in the same boat as you! I hope to just make some of my own clothes work.. lol

Hahah, I'm still wearing some of my pre-pregnancy clothes but they're not going to last much longer. A lady I know at work is like a baby-making machine and said I can have some of her maternity clothes, she said she'd bring em by one day but still hasn't and I dunno how to be like, "Sooo.. about those clothes you were gonna give me.." hahah.

Baby-making machine.. thats funny!!!   Ya that would be awkward convo to start. lol One of the girls I work with said she would give me her dopler to hear the babies heart beat, however that was 3 months ago!   Lol. I dont know if I should just cut it as a loss and buy my own or not.. My luck the next day she will bring it to me.. Lol

Well my mom's friends with the lady and apparently she brought it up to my mom as well, so I'm gonna get her to ask lol since she knows her better than I do. But yeah.. she's only been with the company for a few years and has had two babies since being there lol so everyone there knows her as the baby-making machine lol. And if I were you I'd just ask her, "Hey, are you still gonna let me borrow that..? If not, I'm just gonna go buy one.." I dunno how it's different than my clothes situation, but I feel like I'd be more comfortable asking for that than the clothes lol.

Haha you crack me up! I hate asking people for things, even tho they are the ones that offered. I guess i dont wanna seem like I just want hand outs but I have to suck it up and do it!! Hopefully your mom is able to ask her for them and you get them before you are done being prego! Lol Just walk into work with a belly shirt on.. She may remember then! haha jk

I feel ya, I hate asking people for stuff too.. but it makes everything so much easier when you're pregnant! lol Hand-me-downs are so much better than paying too much money for stuff you're only gonna use for a few months hahah. And I'd probably be more comfortable asking for those clothes if I saw her on a daily basis (trust me, the people I do see every day hear me complain non-stop about my clothes not fitting lol) but she works upstairs so I pretty much never see her.

Well damn!! I know what you mean... I have always wore my shirts a little baggy so some of them still work! But I truly wanna wear a sweatshirt to work instead!! If only I could.. It funny all the guys at my work call my belly my "beer belly" haha Lovely boys!!

Hahah, I work with nothing but women and it sucks cuz they don't want me doing anything. If I have to bend over or pick something up they won't let me.. they yell at me if I wear heels to work (which I don't now, but when I first found out I did a few times).. I keep telling them I'm not THAT pregnant yet lol. It sucks cuz one lady just got back from maternity leave so she thinks she can preach to me about every little thing.. on top of that she's one of my supervisors, I so badly wanna be like, "If I want your advice, I'll ask. This isn't my first pregnancy sweetie, I got this.." lol.

I wore a sweater dress with spandex under neath and one of the chicks from work said "Your gonna be a mom now, you need to start dressing like it" umm wtf! lol I aint trying to get a mommy hair cut and drive a mini van just yet! haha Needless to say I love working with guys. All the other girls wanna critize on what I eat, or do, tell me to breast feed (which I plan too) but hearing "do this and do that" makes me wanna punch them! haha I understand I am new at this but I have seen every episode of teen mom.. I know what to do! haha totally just kidding (however I do watch it but thats not where I get my parenting skills from) lol Anyways I really appreciate their advice but there comes a time to just simmer down and tell me I dont look fat! lol ;) Needless to say I have gotten hornery with pregnancy!

Hahah, I work at a bank so it's nothing but women. My two managers are men, one's a pain in the ass and the other is the best boss ever, then there's the other lady (who isn't my manager, but a "higher up") and another lady who's my "higher up" and a bunch of chics who do what I do. The one who just got back from maternity leave is so annoying, she's all, "I just went through what you're going through, you should do this, you shouldn't do that.." And I appreciate what she's trying to do, but it's getting on my nerves. I'm not one to use my pregnancy as an excuse for things, I don't believe I deserve any special treatment because I'm pregnant, but if I give that lady an attitude, she's all, "I understand you're pregnant and hormonal.." I just wanna be like, "I'm not hormonal, you're just a bitch! Shut your whore mouth!" lmao.
