Three course Valentines menu?

I want to cook my oh a meal for Valentines. He loves all sorts so not fussy. What are your "special" meals/menu's?

Our traditional go-to is a chopped salad, pan-seared filet mignon topped with a pile of bleu cheese butter, with twice-baked potatoes and something green and yummy, like rainbow chard or something, and something chocolatey for dessert.

casseroles are usually my "special" meals, but this year I'm making homemade pizza (which I've never done before) with salad and some sort of dessert, but I'm not sure what yet.


ETA: I may still the idea someone mentioned on here about getting a heart shaped pizza, and make that when I make mine.  

totally watching, i can cook but im not super creative so i need ideas too lol

although, i made bacon wrapped asparagus last night that my SO loved so i might be doing that as a side, or appetizer not sure yet.
