back pain...

So this morning I was thinking how awesome it is that going into my third trimester I have been feeling so great.
Then today after lunch I am in sooo much pain!! The middle of my back is killing me I sit down for most of the day at work-- but I got up and walked around, plus I exercise every day (if that matters at all) my ribs hurt too
Any advice? Just take tylenol? Let me know if you have any tips. Thanks momma's

you could try tylenol and just try to relax and stay off your feet too much.

Try a heating pad, or a cool towel! The only thing that helps me is sometimes soaking in the tub and getting pedicures everyweek so I can sit in the massage chair

you could use a heating pad for like 20 min at a time...you dont want to raise your body temp though so rest inbetween...and tylenol.
