3 Day Detox Cleanse - Dr. Oz

Has anybody done this? I started it this morning. So far so good lol

Dr Oz is a damn quack.

Lol I know. He's annoying but I was looking for a 3 day cleanse/detox and his is the one that sounded good to me lol.

My carpool mates did this. LMFAO they spent like almost 300.00 on ingredients and supliments and they didn't even make it 1 day. They said it all tasted like smurf.

cleanses are a ridiculous fad and a waste of time and money. Only idiots try to do this smurf.

300!? Wth did they buy!? I didn't spend close to that and I bought food for a family of 3 for a week. I didn't think it tasted bad. The morning and dinner weren't bad at all. The lunch tasted good but the texture grossed me out

I don't know anything about the cleanse shes talking about, but certain cleanses are really good for your body.
