so I am normally around 105lbs. Since I started working two months ago I steadily gained 5+pounds. I weighed myself two days ago and was at around 110. I weighed myself again today and was at 100. I was like wtf how do you lose 10 pounds in two days without even trying?
My husband first said it was water weight but then was like no you barely even drink water so it probably doesn't build up in your body like that. I'm so confused, do you think it was probably water weight?
It could be. Also, your weight flunctuates throughout the day. Drinking water is actually how you combat water weight, not how you gain it. I gain 10lbs right before my period, it's most likely water weight. It's gone by the time my period is over. I can see the weight difference in my thighs.
