Straps - if there's an option of below the shoulder or above, you should go above for minimal movement in an accident. Did you even ask if there was an option below where the straps were and NOT behind her shoulders?
Did you even ask if she was driving? Generally people don't take pictures while driving. People also tend to make the straps loose when buckling and then tighten them once they are.
