Medical Coders/Radiologists

My aunt is scheduled for an X-ray on her foot and the last one she had, wasn't coded correctly, they took it while laying down, and didn't give the podiatrist the answers he needed. It was supposed to be of her right foot, while standing, would this be the correct code for the one that is scheduled, Foot XR (R74540275-1)

Wouldn't the code depend on the hospital and which radiologist they use?

Why doesn't she just ask while she is in there and if it is wrong insist they call the podiatrist because it is wrong?

I'm not sure, I thought codes were universal. She actually had to get the order from her primary care doctor. It's a mess. She just wanted to make sure that she had the right order so that she can walk again. If no one is able to answer I'll just tell her to call the hospital Monday morning
