Wearing Toddlers

Do you/would you wear your older toddler? Like ages 3+?

If so, what kind of wrap do you use?

I wouldn't. But only because my 3 year old weighs like 33 pounds and is very tall for her age lol.

My friend has worn her 6 year old. She uses a woven podagi I think it is.

Oh, true. I guess I should have said "assuming they're small enough".   My daughter's 3 and 28lbs. She's tall, but thin.

I still wear my 3.5 year old when needed when we're out. I have an Ergo and a Mei Tai I made myself... I always go for the Mei Tai. I'm small and short, and the Ergo is just so bulky on me.   The Mei Tai is light, and seems to be more comfortable on both of us.

I never have but I don't think I ever will. I have a bad spinal injury so I couldn't possibly. And I think if the child is old enough to walk very well I would allow them to. Nothing against those who think otherwise though. But can I ask... why do you wear your toddler?

How difficult was it to make your own Mei Tai?

Because some people like to. She didn't ask why you don't want to or don't agree with it. She asked for suggestions if you do.

I want to for the simple fact that she likes it. The closeness/security of being right next to me like that. Plus, it was so much easier wearing her when we're out than anything else.
